Please note that if an order is placed at our office first, we are unable to match our website if there is a price difference.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
Osterbauer offers a limited 30 day return policy on returnable parts. For more details, refer to our RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS section.
Unless indicated in your order, all orders will be processed as Regular Delivery which may take 7-12 business days and will incur freight in/freight out charges. Parts ordered as a stock order will not have freight in charges, ONLY FREIGHT OUT charges (this will take 10-15 business days). Expedited orders are also available at premium price. When there is a back order, the factory will send your order as soon as it is available as instructed (Regular, Stock, and Expedited). Osterbauer is not responsible for parts date availability on back orders.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, there might be a temporary network issue or a typographical error. You may contact Customer Service at 323-583-4771.
Credit card payment is collected by online payment Merchant Services. For PayPal payments, you will receive payment confirmation from PayPal, Inc. when the process is concluded.
Osterbauer uses safe SSL technology to handle your financial transactions. You may pay with VISA OR MASTERCARD without additional charges. All prices are quoted in USD and your credit card company will calculate foreign exchange automatically.
OUT OF COUNTRY ORDERS:
Orders sent out-of-country may incur taxes and/or duties which your company will be responsible for before your order can be delivered. Osterbauer is not responsible or will provide compensation for these fees.
